The House of Abhinandan Lodha, known as HoABL, was founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company began with plotted land developments in the Konkan region of Maharashtra and expanded rapidly — entering Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh between 2022 and 2024.
