Own a Piece of the Konkan Coast Before the World Discovers It
Plots · Starting ₹42.99 onwards
Tomorrow Land is a 106-acre gated beachfront community at Anjarle on Maharashtra's Konkan coast, conceived by The House of Abhinandan Lodha as a branded plotted development where nature, wellness, and community coexist within a single, thoughtfully zoned estate. Founded in 2020, HOABL has already sold over 6 million sq ft of land across Goa, Alibaug, Neral, and Dapoli, building a track record of legally clear, NA-sanctioned titles delivered to more than 5,000 buyers.
Anjarle is one of those rare addresses where the Arabian Sea is not a backdrop but a neighbour. Plots at Tomorrow Land are positioned to capture open sea views and direct coastal breezes, set against the natural contours of terrain that rises and falls toward the shoreline. Olive ridley turtles nest on the adjacent beach each season; the Kadyavarcha Ganpati temple — originally built circa 1150 — stands on a clifftop less than 4 km away. The estate does not manufacture a lifestyle here; the place already has one.
The master plan divides Tomorrow Land into themed zones — celebration, adventure, nature, and co-working — each designed so that daily rhythms on the plot feel nothing like a city routine. Infrastructure comes ready: internal roads, solar lighting, rainwater harvesting systems, gated security, and a clubhouse are planned within the estate, so landowners have a development-ready canvas from the day of possession.
This stretch of the Konkan is at an early but measurable inflection point. The NH-66 widening, the upcoming Konkan Coastal Road, the Roha–Veer rail doubling, and a planned tourism jetty at Suvarnadurg Fort are all government-backed projects in various stages of execution. Historically, coastal land in similar positions — pre-infrastructure, post-legal clarity — has appreciated substantially once those connections arrive.
Tomorrow Land at Anjarle is an invitation to claim a slice of India's most storied coastline at the moment it transitions from a quiet secret to a recognised destination. HOABL's MahaRERA-registered title structure, digital-first ownership process, and on-schedule delivery record across prior projects make the entry straightforward.

Anjarle, Dapoli Taluka, Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra · Anjarle · Dapoli
Anjarle sits within Dapoli Taluka in the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, roughly 215 km south of Mumbai along the Konkan coast. The village is flanked by the Arabian Sea to the west and the foothills of the Western Ghats — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — to the east, giving it a climate that blends coastal breeze with hill-station freshness. Nine largely untouched beaches stretch across this belt, from Kelshi and Murud to Karde and Ladghar, with Anjarle's own two-kilometre arc of white sand sitting at the mouth of the Jog River estuary.
The Dapoli–Anjarle Road provides direct access to the site, connecting within roughly 18 km to Dapoli town and onward to the Mumbai–Goa Highway NH-66 approximately 42 km away. Khed Railway Station on the Konkan Railway is the nearest railhead, about 50 km to the southeast, with trains running to Mumbai, Margao, and Mangalore. With NH-66 undergoing a widening from two to four lanes — projected to cut travel time by nearly an hour — and the Navi Mumbai International Airport expanding the region's air access, Anjarle's connectivity profile is changing materially over the next few years.

The Mumbai–Goa Highway NH-66 is being widened from two to four lanes, cutting travel time from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune to Anjarle by nearly one hour and opening the coast to a wider second-home buyer pool.
A proposed coastal arterial road will reduce the driving distance to Anjarle by approximately 35 km, directly boosting tourism inflow and supporting sustained land-value appreciation across the Dapoli belt.
The new greenfield airport at Navi Mumbai, expanding air connectivity for the MMR, will bring the Konkan coast materially closer to domestic and NRI travellers, widening demand for Dapoli's second-home market.
Doubling of the 47 km Roha–Veer rail section on the Konkan Railway corridor will cut train travel times and improve frequency of services connecting Mumbai and Pune to Khed, the nearest railhead to Anjarle.
The Maharashtra government has proposed a dedicated tourism jetty at Suvarnadurg Fort in Ratnagiri district, set to increase organised maritime tourism to the Dapoli–Anjarle coastline and support hospitality demand.
Tomorrow Land occupies 106 contiguous acres on the Konkan coast at Anjarle, structured as a low-density, gated plotted community. The scale preserves open greens and wide plot separations while still delivering a full suite of community amenities within the estate.
Every plot in Tomorrow Land carries a Non-Agricultural sanctioned title and is registered under MahaRERA (No. P52800050210), eliminating the legal ambiguity that historically made rural coastal land acquisitions risky for buyers.
HOABL — founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha — was one of the first branded land developers to enter the Konkan coast and has completed deliveries at Sol de Alibaug and other Maharashtra projects, with a portfolio of over 1,000 acres of plotted developments nationally.
Anjarle sits where the Jog River meets the Arabian Sea, creating a naturally protected beach setting with calm waters, a two-kilometre arc of white sand, and the coastal biodiversity of over 300 unique aquatic species documented in local tide pools.
NH-66 widening, the Konkan Coastal Road, Navi Mumbai International Airport expansion, Roha–Veer rail doubling, and a planned tourism jetty at Suvarnadurg Fort are all government-backed projects that are expected to compress travel time and elevate land values across Dapoli Taluka.
Tomorrow Land is planned with distinct zones — celebration, adventure, nature, and co-working — so that the estate functions as a complete lifestyle destination rather than a bare plotted layout, supporting both personal use and potential short-stay rental income.
