The House of Abhinandan Lodha has secured Goa RERA registration for One Global Goa P3 at Survey No. 176/1, Carapur, Bicholim, under registration number PRGO03252427. The approval marks the third phase of the broader One Global Goa master development in North Goa.

One Global Goa P3 is described as a luxury 5-star gated residential development by India's largest branded land developer, celebrating Goa's vibe, lifestyle, coastal living, and heritage. The master development is registered across three phases: One Goa P1 (PRGO05242232), One Goa P2 (PRGO05242234), and One Goa P3 (PRGO03252427).
The plotted development is located in Bicholim, Goa, off NH66, approximately 40 minutes from MOPA International Airport and 20 minutes from Thivim Railway Station.

The expected possession date for One Goa – The Vibe is December 2026.
