HOABL Tomorrowview Anjarle: Coastal Land Development in Dapoli

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is launching TomorrowView in Anjarle, a project that promises panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The development represents the developer's third major project in the Anjarle-Dapoli coastal belt in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra.

Developer Background

The House of Abhinandan Lodha was founded in 2020 and has become India's largest branded land developer, revolutionising land buying through technology while establishing a new category: Branded Land. The company operates landmark projects across Alibaug, Anjarle, Dapoli, Goa, Neral and Ayodhya.

The developer previously saw roaring success at Dapoli with Cape of Bliss, where demand for more than 20,00,000 sq.ft of land was generated from across the country.

Positioned minutes from the famed Anjarle Beach, the project capitalises on the region's increasing tourism and second-home demand, with location ensuring easy access to the Dapoli-Anjarle belt and promising robust land appreciation.

Regional Context

Dapoli, a town in the coastal region of the Konkan in Maharashtra, is quickly becoming a hot favourite among tourists as well as investors owing to its rapid infrastructure development. The broader region is known for its natural attractions, with Anjarle located on the western coast of India as a coastal hill station in the Konkan belt, 215 kilometres from Mumbai, and hosting 5+ virgin white sand beaches in a 20-kilometre stretch where from February to May the beach witnesses scores of tiny turtle hatchlings.

The developer has established infrastructure in the region, including a community centre designed by Sanjay Puri Architects that serves as a recreational hub for the gated villa enclave, situated on a steeply contoured hill overlooking the ocean.
