The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced an upcoming plotted development project in Ooty Town, extending the developer's footprint beyond its established strongholds in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Goa. The move marks HoABL's entry into Tamil Nadu's hill-station real estate market.

HoABL, founded in 2020, develops residential plotted land projects. As of 2024, the company operates across 16 locations in India, including Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. HoABL has a portfolio of over 1,000 acres of plotted developments, with 13 million square feet of land sold and an additional 34 million square feet in the development pipeline.
The firm's business model utilizes a digital-only model, where all transactions are conducted through virtual platforms. All projects are RERA-registered, and customers receive complete legal documentation, ensuring a fully transparent and secure buying experience.
