HoABL Opens Pre-Launch Bookings for Varanasi Plotted Development

Published

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has opened pre-launch bookings for its plotted development in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, under the name HOABL VARANASI PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT. Buyers can pre-book plots at pre-launch prices, with early-bird benefits and flexible payment options offered during this phase. The project is currently at the pre-launch stage, and the developer's pages present it as a mix of residential plots, villas and bungalows.

The development is one of the Varanasi projects in HoABL's expansion in the city. The company's Varanasi plotted development page sets out the project's offering for buyers exploring the pre-launch phase. Developer material describes plot sizes from about 1,500 sq ft up to 6,300 sq ft, giving buyers a range of options from compact residential plots to larger parcels suited to independent homes.

Project details for buyers

HOABL VARANASI PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT offers three broad product types: residential plots, villa options and bungalow options. The plotted format allows buyers to choose a plot and build a home to their own design, within the development's layout and approvals. Plot sizes on developer pages range from about 1,500 sq ft to 6,300 sq ft.

Pricing is available on request through the developer. One listing quotes a 6,300 sq ft plot at Rs 2.57 crore, which gives buyers an indication of the price level for larger parcels in the project. Developer pages also mention flexible payment options for pre-booking buyers.

The location in Varanasi

Varanasi is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in India and a major centre for education, healthcare and religious tourism. Banaras Hindu University and Sir Sunderlal Hospital at BHU are among the best-known institutions in the city, and Sunbeam School is among the named schools in Varanasi. For shopping and everyday needs, JHV Mall, IP Mall and IP Vijaya Mall are among the city's established shopping centres.

Developer pages cite proximity to Varanasi railway station and Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport. Several road and airport works are also underway in the wider region. The Varanasi Ring Road Package II, connecting Sandaha and Revasa, was listed with a scheduled completion date of 31 October 2026. The Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport expansion, which includes a new terminal, apron and runway-extension works, has a scheduled completion date of July 2027. In July 2026 the Union Cabinet approved two connectors to the Varanasi Ring Road: an NH-19 link planned as a 46.039 km six-lane elevated corridor, and an NH-31 link along the Varuna planned as a 43.218 km elevated corridor.

About the developer

The House of Abhinandan Lodha was founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha and is headquartered in Mumbai. The company focuses on branded plotted land development and reports more than 13 million sq ft of plotted land sold, around 25 million sq ft under development, over 20 projects across five states and more than 8,500 customers. Uttar Pradesh is one of its operating states, and its projects there include The Sarayu in Ayodhya.

In November 2024, HoABL announced plans to invest approximately Rs 3,000 crore across six locations, including Varanasi, where the company reported acquiring about 75 acres. The company's 2025 update describes further upcoming developments in Varanasi, Amritsar and Shimla, placing the Varanasi project within a wider expansion across northern India.

What comes next

With the project in pre-launch, pre-booking is the current step for buyers. Plot selection, pricing details and payment structures are being shared directly by the developer during this phase. Buyers considering the development may find it useful to follow the progress of the Ring Road and airport works, which will shape access to the project as they are completed.
