HoABL Opens Pre-Launch of Its 100-Acre Gated Township in Indore

HoABL has opened pre-launch sales for HOABL INDORE, a 100-acre branded land development in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Sales enquiries, site visits and price-list requests are now open through the developer's sales team, ahead of a formal launch.
The project is planned as a master-planned, low-density gated township combining residential plots and luxury villas. Official material also presents it under the stylised spelling HoABL Indiia, a variation on the city name. The developer positions the township as a branded, clear-title option for buyers who want organised land rather than unplanned plots in the city's outskirts. Final handover of units is expected by December 2029.
Plots, villas and layout
HOABL INDORE is offered in two product types. Residential plots range from about 1,500 to 1,670 square feet, while luxury villas range from about 2,100 to 2,450 square feet. Layouts are described as Vastu-friendly, with plots and villas facing east and west.
Plots are being presented with clear boundaries, internal electrical provisions and water connectivity. The developer has also outlined a set of shared amenities for the township:

Location and connectivity
Indore is among the fastest-growing cities in Madhya Pradesh, and the project's positioning draws on the city's expanding metro network. The Indore Metro Yellow Line Reach-II, covering about 11 kilometres and 11 stations from Super Corridor-3 to Malviya Nagar Chauraha, was inaugurated on 5 September 2026. The same day, the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation announced the start of underground tunnelling for twin tunnels serving the central-city and airport corridor.
The developer says the township is close to metro rail and to an expansion of the super corridor, and that business districts, schools and hospitals are within a short drive of the site.
