One Goa The Symphony is a first-of-its-kind 5-star branded land development managed by Miros Hotels and Resorts in Bicholim, Goa. The project spans 130+ acres and is positioned as Goa's first and only carbon negative 5-star branded land development at Bicholim.
The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha, develops residential plotted land projects across 16 locations in India, including Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh.

Bicholim: A Corridor in Transition
Bicholim and the broader east-of-NH-66 belt are identified as the next phase of real estate expansion in North Goa, driven by ongoing infrastructure upgrades, improving regional connectivity, and a structurally limited supply of developable land.
Major infrastructure projects include the operational Manohar International Airport (MOPA), upgrades to the NH-66 Mumbai-Goa highway, the Bicholim and Assonora bypasses to ease congestion, and the proposed Shaktipeeth Expressway. Mopa Airport is at a distance of 29 km from the area.

In 2025, Goa recorded around 1.08 crore tourist arrivals, with domestic tourism rising by 70.6% and international arrivals recovering by nearly 60%. Luxury villas in Goa are currently generating estimated rental yields of 10-11% for 3 BHK units and 11-12% for 4 BHK units, with peak season occupancy levels ranging between 90% and 98%.
