HOABL NAVRATNA AT VRINDAVAN GLOBAL (CODENAME S.E.Z.) — New Project Coming Up in Braj Bhoomi, Vrindavan

The House of Abhinandan Lodha enters Vrindavan with a 65-acre spiritual township

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha, develops residential plotted land projects. As of 2024, it operates across 16 locations in India, including Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. Now the Mumbai-based developer is bringing its branded land platform to the Braj region with HOABL Navratna at Vrindavan Global.

The project spans 65 acres and offers plots starting from ₹1.83 Cr, with a 1 lakh+ sq. ft. clubhouse. It comprises 690 units with an average carpet area of 1,743 sq ft. The development is positioned within what HoABL calls the Spiritual Economic Zone (S.E.Z.) corridor of the city.

Location and connectivity

The project sits within Vrindavan Global with seamless connectivity to Mathura, Agra, and Delhi-NCR via the Yamuna Expressway, near revered landmarks like Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, and the Prem Mandir. Vrindavan is 2.5 hours from Delhi via the Yamuna Expressway and 1.5 hours from the upcoming Jewar International Airport.

Major infrastructure investments are transforming the region: a ₹1,645 Cr bypass road easing city congestion, a ₹5,000 Cr 84-Kos Parikrama Marg linking the Braj spiritual circuit, and a ₹600 Cr Banke Bihari Corridor enhancing pilgrim movement.

Design and amenities

The development is crafted by HCP — the architectural practice behind India's new Parliament building. The experience is anchored by a 1 lakh+ sq. ft. clubhouse, with professional hospitality services managed by Miros. The project features well-laid roads, underground cabling, proper drainage, and modern amenities.

Investment and development context

HOABL, which rose to prominence after launching the first luxury plotted development project in Ayodhya shortly after the Ram temple consecration ceremony, has announced a ₹3,000 crore investment to expand its footprint in six new cities including Vrindavan. The company acquired over 60 acres in Vrindavan as part of this expansion.

HoABL has a portfolio of over 1,000 acres of plotted developments, with 13 million square feet of land sold and an additional 34 million square feet in the development pipeline. The firm's business model utilizes a digital-only model, where all transactions are conducted through virtual platforms.

Regional significance

As a spiritual and cultural epicenter, Vrindavan attracts devotees and tourists from across the globe and is part of the Braj region nominated for UNESCO World Heritage status. Vrindavan has emerged as one of the most promising investment corridors due to improved infrastructure, spiritual tourism, and its rising appeal among NRIs and retirees seeking a meaningful lifestyle.

The project is RERA-registered, ensuring legal security and buyer protection, with transparent documentation and 100% ownership assurance.
