One Goa is a first-of-its-kind 5-star Branded Land Development managed by Miros Hotels and Resorts in Bicholim, Goa. The project spans 130 acres and offers lifelong access to the clubhouse, man-made sea, and private beach, all managed by Miros Hotels & Resorts for a premium 5-star lifestyle.

Designed by globally acclaimed architecture and design firm Enzyme from Spain, it draws from icons like Palm Jumeirah, The World Islands in Dubai, Marina One in Singapore, and the spirit of Ibiza.

Miros Hotels' Growth Strategy

Miros expects room rates of approximately Rs.15,000-25,000 on average, depending on the destination. The hotel sits within HoABL's broader expansion in hospitality; the company has signaled a multi-resort rollout strategy across India's tourism destinations.

Bicholim has emerged as a priority development zone in North Goa.
