HoABL's Mumbai Entry
The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced its ambitious entry into Mumbai's vertical real estate segment with an investment plan of ₹2,500 crore, unveiling three key projects each reflecting its intent to redefine urban living and commercial experiences in the financial capital of India.
Founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha, the company develops residential plotted land projects and as of 2024 reported operations across 16 locations in India, including Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. The Chowpatty project marks a strategic shift into vertical high-rise construction.
The three new vertical projects are strategically spread across South Mumbai and the North Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), a calculated choice aimed at tapping into both premium and emerging micro-markets. The company plans to launch all projects from Q2 FY 2025–26 and complete them over five years.
Project Details
The Chowpatty project is an ultra-premium residential tower redefining the South Mumbai residential experience. The project is part of HoABL's broader vertical development strategy, which includes an American Culture Center in Marine Lines and a township-based joint development venture with Mittal Builders in Naigaon, with these projects collectively spanning a development potential of 3.1 million square feet and expected to generate revenue to the tune of ₹3,500 crore.
